We understand that many users are searching for properties in specific locations and sending messages to us because they are unable to find what they need.

If you are unable to find a property, we sincerely apologize. We are working hard every day to bring more landlords on board and increase the number of available properties on the platform.

You can now earn money by helping us find landlords and property owners who want to rent out their properties.
To get started, click Earn Money in the menu, read the Scout Agreement, confirm it, and create your Scout account.
The current reward is GH₵50.00 per approved landlord. For example, if you get 5 approved landlords, your earnings will be GH₵50.00 × 5 = GH₵250.00.
Please note that GH₵50.00 is a promotional rate and may change over time.
Only genuine submissions qualify for payment. Agents are not allowed.
Note that you will be blocked permanently for submitting agent related properties or fake properties.

As we work hard to bring more landlords and their properties on this agent free website, please report any property immediately using the report button on that property if you contact a landlord and suspect they may be an agent. CapriHome is strictly against AGENTS and your report helps us keep it that way.

This system is new and was launched just yesterday. That is why there are currently no available properties listed.
Although landlords are welcome to upload their properties and become among the first to be listed, we will not encourage agent activities that may mislead prospective tenants. Some individuals were approved but were later discovered to be agents.

Hey there! We just launched CapriHome. This site is designed to make house renting completely agent-free, connecting tenants directly with landlords.
