As a Property Scout, your job is to find landlords and property owners who want to rent out their properties and submit them to the platform.

Rules to Earn

You earn GH₵50.00 per landlord.

You must obtain the landlord's permission before submitting any property. Do not submit a property if the landlord is not aware.

Submit the landlord's details, property details and clear photos.

Agents are strictly not allowed. Do not submit properties on behalf of agents or anyone acting as an agent.

Do not submit fake properties or false information. If you do so, your account will be blocked.

Payments are made through Mobile Money only. You must register using your Mobile Money number and the full name linked to that account.

You will only be paid after your landlord and property submission have been approved.

Number of approved landlords × GH₵50.00 = Your earnings
